Our Spring concert is coming up. We just found out that we have to put on a four to five minute skit/play/song/dance/whatever and it's happening in under a month! I am feeling totally uninspired. Anyone have any any simple suggestions? I will Really appreciate it!
We just did our Fine Arts Evening and we did a dance to Waka Waka, by Shakira. We used the movements from the video for the chorus and I just came up with easy dance steps for second graders to fill in the rest. The students had a BLAST!! I'd be happy to send you a copy of the dance steps that I typed up, though I'm not sure you would understand it without seeing it. I should have videoed my little darlin's, but unfortunately I didn't:(
ReplyDeleteSusie, I was so into this song! Since ALL of my kids love soccer, they were really pumped when I played it this morning. Unfortunately, I just found out I can't do it because another teacher is using it :( Back to the drawing board...
